Ah, the poker tilt. If a poker player claims never to have stared faced over the barrel of an approaching steam – they are either telling a lie or they haven’t been betting very long. This doesn’t infer obviously that everyone has been on steam in the past, a handful of people have awesome willpower and carry their losses as a hit and leave it at that. To be a powerful poker player, it’s absolutely crucial to treat your wins and your defeats in a similar way – with no emotion. You compete in the game the same way you did after taking a difficult beat like you would after winning a huge hand. You’ve lost $80 in a hand where you were assured to pick up $200two hundred dollars when you went all-in on the flop and enjoyed a 10 – 1 advantage. And that guy! He banged you out on the river? – Well hold it right here. This is a classic choice for a new bettor to begin tilting. They really just blew too much cash on one round that they really should have won and they’re angry
